Great deep dish pizza. Crispy airy crust it's just so delicious! and the mozzarella so flavorful and yummy sauce. Quick service. It's clean but could use a little face lift. So worth a ride I must say it's probably the best pizza I've ever had it's that good
I went to my niece, Scarlett's graduation party , catered by Carlo's . The food was fantastic. Even in the 90* heat. It all held up. I especially Ike's the lemony chicken Marsala . I have to say hands-down it was the best chicken marsala I've ever had. And I'm not just saying that because I was hungry. They also had some kind of cut up bread sticks in a pizza box w/ just some spices and fresh tomatoes on it was delicious. I also had the eggplant parmigiana . Awesome! I did bring h some sausage & peppers& onions home . Which I have no doubt are delicious. There was an older woman working by her self . Who busted her butt & was super sweet & helpful. I wish I had gotten her name . She really worked hard & did a great job. This was a party in manorville yesterday July 14 . 2024 . So kudos to the waitress . I would highly recommend Carlos to any & everyone . Great job!
Great pizza! I live in the area & just love the entire restaurant this is definitely one of my go to's!!
The pizza is excellent. This time I decided to try a meatball parm hero. Sorry to say I was disappointed. Meatballs were bland and very soft. I like my hero bread with a little olive oil sprinkled on it then toasted before adding the meatballs, then bake it. Here they put the meatballs, sauce and somehow melted the cheese without baking the bread? There was not enough sauce to cover the length of the bread. At both ends I was just eating raw bread. The sandwich center was very spongy and lacking any crunch, like eating a mashed potato on white sandwich. I love their pizzas but they lost me on the hero.
